WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship Australia wide! We don't ship internationally via our online platform. Please send us a message at info@enemiesracingaustralia.com.au to see how we can process your international order.
DELIVERY TIME
For all in-stock items, we aim to ship you order within 2 business days. Australia Post Parcel post service handle all PO box addresses & small satchel items.

Items over 5kg will not be shipped to PO Boxes and are delivered through a courier.
Delivery time will vary from state to state and is based on recent delivery performance.

For pre-orders and custom orders, we aim to ship your order within 1 business day of them being available. You will be notified at the time of order when your items will come into stock/ be ready.
SHIP TO BUSINESS ADDRESS VS RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS?
You won't have to worry if your order is a small satchel of goods, however there is a significant price difference in shipping larger items to a business address vs. residential area. If it's an option for you, have your order sent to a business address to save on cost.
If you have selected "ship to business address" incorrectly or failed to provide the business name as prompted, this will be flagged by our team and your order will be sent by a cost effective courier which will take between 8-20 days for delivery. This is to ensure our business is not at a loss.
I NEED MY ORDER ASAP. HOW CAN I GET IT SOONER?
For all time poor orders, please give us a call on 0416860846 where we will discuss how we can get your order processed quickly and sent via a post express service.
TRACKING ORDERS
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number & the name of the carrier. You will be able to follow your order as it moves around until it reaches its final destination.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver.
CAN I PICK MY ITEM UP?
Yes! You can pick up from our workshop between Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm or on Friday 7:00am-2:00pm. Please call us on 0416860846 in advance to collecting.
