Billet 4340 CNC machined gears with an isotropic polish.
The factory oil pump housing has been ported for better oil flow, isotropic polished & fitted with 4340 backing plate to reduce flexing. The pump pressure has been increased 10-15 PSI. The unit is measured, cleared, lubricated & fitted with new screws ready to fit.
Factory powder metal gears are prone to cracking & breaking, especially when hitting the RPM limiter. When this happens it can cause catastrophic damage to the engine.
